User Guide

Everything you need to run a Photo Readiness Audit, manage credits, and access reports.

1) Create an account and sign in

Go to Create Account, then sign in on Login.

2) Run a Photo Readiness Audit

1. Open New Audit.
2. Enter your name and email.
3. Select photos (jpg, jpeg, png, heic, heif).
4. Optionally check “Keep my photos private”.
5. Click “Run Audit” and wait for processing.

3) View reports

All audits are listed in Reports. Open any report to see detailed scores and tips.

4) Download the PDF report

Each report page includes a “Download PDF” link at the top of the page.

5) Privacy and deleting audits

• Toggle privacy inside the report to hide your photos from the Hall of Fame.
• Use “Delete audit” on the report page to remove the audit and its files.

6) Credits and buying packs

Credits are required to run audits. You can purchase credit packs directly on New Audit.

7) Redeem a coupon

On New Audit, use the “Redeem coupon” form to add credits to your account.

7.1) Earn credits by sharing

Share your report on Instagram and verify the post to earn credits. Open Earn Credits for the caption, link, and verification form.

8) Hall of Fame

Top‑scoring photos appear in the Hall of Fame. Browse prior months in the Archive.

The Hall of Fame page shows the current prize pool and the Top 4 payout split. Example: “Current prize pool: €0.28. Top 4 win: €0.16 / €0.08 / €0.02 / €0.02.” This amount updates as credits are purchased and is distributed monthly based on the top scores.

9) Invoices

Find receipts and invoices for credit purchases on Invoices.

10) Payout profile

Set your payout details on Payout to receive prizes.

11) Reset your password

If you forgot your password, request a reset link at Reset Password.

12) Improvement Documentation (SEO + dynamic with your report)

Open BModel Docs for 36 metric-specific guides. You can personalize any guide with your report token, for example https://ai.bmodel.ch/docs/improve-lighting-score?token=YOUR_REPORT_TOKEN.

Troubleshooting

• Upload failed: Check file size limits and formats (jpg, jpeg, png, heic, heif).
• Report not ready: Wait a minute and reload the report page.
• Missing PDF: Processing may still be running; check again shortly.

FAQ

• How is the prize pool funded? A portion of credit purchases is reserved for the monthly prize pool, shown on the Hall of Fame page.
• How are winners chosen? The top‑scoring photos for the month appear in the Hall of Fame and the top 4 are eligible for prizes.
• How do I receive a payout? Complete your payout profile on Payout so prizes can be issued.
• Why can’t I see my photo in the Hall of Fame? Your audit may be private or not among the top scores. Check the privacy toggle inside your report.
• What if my reset link doesn’t work? Request a new link at Reset Password.
